This chapter contains additional notes for the handling with the SimController

•If in SimController-Settings the Plant Simulation Start Argument /NoMessageBox is defined, Plant Simulation will suppress all message boxes (“OK”, “Yes/No ->”No”, …), SimTalk “debugs” etc. But it will not suppress break points within methods. This can be defined within the StartCtrl-network (see also above)

•Please note that Start-Parameter for Plant Simulation can be defined in two ways

oFor an executable in Arguments (all models with e.g. Plant Simulation 2404)

oFor Model also within the sub-key arguments

oPlease note that model Start arguments overwrite the Plant Simulation arguments; so if all “regular” arguments for the Plant Simulation executable should also be used, all of them have to be copied to the models argument JSON-settings
